Mali is a wine made from Merlot grapes obtained with the method of refermentation in the bottle. The grapes come from vineyards located in the beautiful hills of Slovenian Brda and raised by Janko Stekar in a biodynamic regime. The fermentation is spontaneous in steel tanks with a very short maceration on the skins in order not to make the sip too heavy. Drinkable, fresh wine, with aromas of red fruit. On the palate it is balanced and fresh, with good persistence, supported by a bewitching acidity and excellent minerality.
