Chavost's "Blanc d’Assemblage" is pleasant and powerful with a good structure, softness and perfect balance. Made from a blend of chardonnay, pinot noir and pinot meunier. Les Vignes de Trelou Blanc de Noirs by Tristan Hyest is a Champagne resulting from a cuvée obtained from 60% Pinot Meunier and 40% Pinot Noir. To the 2018 vintage, which constitutes approximately 70%, 30% of reserve wines from the two previous vintages are added. "Les Vignes de Trelou" has a fine and persistent perlage. Aromatic and mineral on the nose with notes of cooked white pulp fruit. The flavor is fresh and lively, pleasant and long-lasting. Atmosphères by Landron is a sparkling wine obtained from folle blanche, pinot noir and chardonnay grapes. It ferments slowly in wooden vats for 15 days. The Champagne Extra Brut Bulles de Comptoir 12 Caché dans l'evidance by Charles Dufour is a Champagne from the Cote de Bars obtained from a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc. The majority of the blend (80%) is made with the 2021 vintage, (year in which Dufour lost 80% of the production due to the combined effect of frost, downy mildew and botrytis), the rest 20% with 2010 reserve -2020 and reserve 1982-2009. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts. The refinement in Burgundian pièce and large barrel continues. No clarification or filtration before bottling.
