EHey! by Amos Baneres is a white wine obtained from a blend of Macabeo and Xarel-lo. In the cellar the Macabeo is pressed directly while the Xarel-lo is destemmed and macerated for 10 days on the skins. Fermentation takes place spontaneously in steel with indigenous yeasts and subsequently the wine ages for 12 months with the Xarel-lo in wooden barrels and the Macabeo in steel. A wine that offers fruity hints of peach, citrus aromas and notes of anise, and does not lack lightness and freshness.

Lo Amo Macerato by Tenuta Belvedere is a white wine macerated from Pinot Grigio grapes. The grapes come from vineyards grown organically which are found on clayey and calcareous soils.
