The "Antico" sparkling wine is obtained using white grapes that come from vineyards over 35 years old grown in Trentino pergola on medium-textured limestone soils. Spontaneous fermentation for the formation of the base wine and re-fermentation in the bottle after it remains to refine on the lees for two years. Bianco Cancelli is a fresh, immediate and pleasant wine produced from white grapes that come from vineyards grown without aid of synthetic chemistry neither on plants nor on earth. Aging in concrete tanks. It has straw yellow with aromas of fruit and fresh flowers. In the mouth it is agile and snappy, dynamic fresh. An easy-to-drink wine.

The Metodo Interrotto Brut Nature is a sparkling mineral and highly drinkable wine obtained using white grapes. Spontaneous fermentation for the formation of the base wine and refermentation in the bottle where it remains to refine on the lees for two years. Ripetente di Collecapretta is a white wine with excellent minerality and good body, obtained from Trebbiano Spoletino grapes. Due to a fermentation block in the 2021 vintage, it was produced with the ripasso technique, using the skins of the same type of grape as the 2022 vintage. It refines in steel for a few months.

Daniele Piccinin's Larion is a fresh wine with an irresistible sip composed of Chardonnay and Durella which come from the vineyards of Ceng iel le, Ceng iel le alte, Pollini bassa, and Verzini. The vinification takes place with maceration on the skins for the Chardonnay, while the Durella is pressed directly. Subsequently, the Durella ages in wood while the Chardonnay remains in steel on the suspended lees all the time. It is a wine that presents a notable richness of aromas ranging from ripe fruit to floral nuances, from dried fruit to spicy notes. At the sip there is a marked flavor, excellent acidity given by Durella, and good structure and minerality.

One of the new born in the Canlibero family, Shiro is an excellent wine from white grapes. No filtration or clarification before bottling. Shiro comes to the straw yellow glass. The Don Chisciotte is a macerated white wine made from 100% Fiano grapes that come from a 20 year old vineyard located at 800 m.s.l.m. A characteristic of Don Quixote is the 10-15 days maceration on the skins. Aging of 12 months in steel and 8 months in bottle. The color is golden yellow with intense and original aromas reminiscent of gentian and cinchona, officinal herbs. The Di gino Rosso is obtained from a blend of Montepulciano and Sangiovese, the classic blend of Rosso Piceno. Fermentation takes place using only indigenous yeasts in steel tanks with maceration for 15-18 days. Aging for 12 months in cement tanks and 10% in tonneaux. Ruby red wine with a nose that expresses notes of berries and tobacco. In the mouth it is fresh, soft, delicate and easy to drink.
