The Grand Curoulet by Domaine Ratte is a white wine obtained from Chardonnay grown in the parcel of Grand Curoulet where the soil is rich in fossils, a peculiarity that gives the wine a mineral side that goes well with its roundness and elegance. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts and aging in old Meursault barrels.

Trousseau des Corvées by Domaine de la Tournelle is a 100% Trousseau-based red wine grown on gray marl from the lias. Manual harvest and de-stemming in the vineyard. Semi-carbonic maceration from 10 to 30 days, depending on the vintage. Aging in wooden barrels for 12 months. Bottling without the addition of So2, unfiltered or clarified.

Guillaume Overnoy's Cremant comes from chardonnay grapes. Aging in contact with the yeasts for at least 30 months. A vein of bright golden yellow with a nutty impact on the nose, from a long evolution on the lees, with lots of pulpy fruit, sunny, round, long, rather savory, with a hint of shell and vinous return.

Crémant du Jura is a wine made from 100% chardonnay grapes. Second fermentation and aging on the lees for at least 16 months. Blossomed it is filled with the same wine. Naturè in the local dialect is the old name of Savignin. In this cuvée it comes from 50-55 year old vines. Terre de Gryphées by Domaine de la Tournelle is a 100% Chardonay from the Jura that ferments in 228-liter barrels with top-ups every 10 days. Refine in old wooden barrels, on the lees, which are regularly topped up for at least 24 months, without adding sulphites. Bottling takes place according to Maria Thun's lunar calendar. An explosive, savory and mineral wine, good to drink immediately but with good aging potential

The "Charmille" by Guillaume Overnoy is a Chardonnay in purity, from a selection of a historical parcel of the domaine. These vineyards have been active for about 4 generations and we can find vines in production from a minimum of 5 years of age up to a maximum of 80 years. After the manual harvest, the must remains for at least 11 months in large barrels, then producing an intense wine with a great personality and capable of expressing more expressive characteristics after a few years of aging.

The Arbois Pupillin "Les Ecrins" by Domaine de la Borde is a wine with an oxidative style obtained from the grapes of the same name that come from a very steep vineyard located on gray and blue marls at 400 meters above sea level. The grapes, after harvesting, are destemmed and then fermented in steel. Refines “sans ouillage” (full barrel) for 48 months. Typical nose with elegant oxidized note. Walnut and celery. Savagnin by Domaine de la Renardiere is a wine pleasantly marked by intense and complex oxidative notes, powerful both on the nose and on the palate. Aged, as tradition, in barrique scolme, with voile presence, for 48 months. The nose is rich and complex, with hints reminiscent of dried fruit, spices and undergrowth. On the palate it is full-bodied, enveloping, of good freshness and excellent persistence

Domaine de la renardiere's Ploussard is a red wine with a great personality and a fresh and frank profile, produced with Ploussard grapes. Refine 12 months in large barrels. It is ruby red in color.
