Charles Dufour's Extra Brut Champagne "Bulles de Comptoir 13 - Cuisine du Dimanche" is a Champagne from the Côte de Bars region, made from a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Blanc. Most of the blend (65%) is from the 2022 vintage, with the remaining 20% being Reserve grapes from 1982-2021. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts. Aged in Burgundian barrels and large oak barrels. No fining or filtration is performed before bottling.

For the creation of Champagne Extra Brut "Bistrøtage" B.19, Charles bought the grapes from his mother Francoise Martinot, which is why both names are listed on the label. The B.19 cuvée is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from the 2017 harvest from the Chervey cru. One year of aging 50% in neutral oak barrels, and 50% in steel tanks.
