So welcome to the newest addition to La Distesa. NovantaNove, like a wine Corrado Dettori made about fifteen years ago but then stopped making. Inspired by Mediterranean oxidatives, a 2015-based perpetual, not overly meditative, but instead designed to accompany aperitifs and tapas, raw fish, and seafood pasta dishes. Cheers.

Nocenzio is a red wine made from Montepulciano, Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. After fermentation, the wine is assembled in French oak barrels where it remains for about a year. Bottled without clarification or filtration. The nose reveals notes of small red fruits, plum jam, black cherry with pleasant hints of cocoa, mint and juniper berries. On the palate it is dry and full-bodied, with a good structure and with powerful tannins in youth. Generally it offers a feeling of elegance and austerity that increases with aging in the bottle.e.

The Di gino Rosso is obtained from a blend of Montepulciano and Sangiovese, the classic blend of Rosso Piceno. Fermentation takes place using only indigenous yeasts in steel tanks with maceration for 15-18 days. Aging for 12 months in cement tanks and 10% in tonneaux. Ruby red wine with a nose that expresses notes of berries and tobacco. In the mouth it is fresh, soft, delicate and easy to drink.

The Rincrocca” by La Staffa is obtained from the best Verdicchio grapes coming from the Castellaretta district vineyard which was planted in 1972. The grapes are meticulously harvested by hand and after destemming and careful pressing the grapes are fermented spontaneously in tanks of concrete. After racking, it ages for eight months in the same containers. “Rincrocca” is a structured but flowing, elegant, fresh wine with a long, slightly savory finish.

The Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Superiore by La Staffa is a white wine of great character, produced from the Verdicchio variety in the hills of Staffolo, an area historically suited to viticulture. Campo delle Oche by Fattoria San Lorenzo is a complex and mineral wine made from Verdicchio grapes. it is a deep straw yellow. Refine for 2 months in cement and 18 months in steel on the lees. An evolved and complex wine with notes of ripe fruit, chamomile, marzipan and mineral notes that border on hydrocarbon. In the mouth it is structured, warm, enveloping and long persistent.A great wine capable of defying time.

"Gli Eremi" by La Distesa is a powerful and elegant white wine produced with 100% Verdicchio grapes. It refines for a year in wooden barrels and has a golden yellow color. On the nose intense aromas reminiscent of yellow-fleshed fruit, such as peach, apricot, followed by notes of hay, sage, and hazelnut. On the palate it is a full-bodied wine with good acidity, soft and very persistent.

Nur is a splendid wine obtained from a selection of white grapes. Refines in used small-size French oak barrels for about a year. Nur has a splendid golden yellow color in the glass. The nose recognizes hints of aromatic herbs, licorice, rhubarb, notes of undergrowth and honey. In the mouth it is warm, soft, balanced, with a moderate acidity and a subtle vein of tannin that does not disturb. Excellent persistent finish.

The " Paradiso" by Fattoria San Lorenzo is a red wine obtained from 100% Lacrima di Morro d'Alba grapes. Refines for over two years in oak tonneaux.
