Bressan's Pinot is ruby red with hints of raspberry, blackberry, undergrowth, goudron, burnt wood and truffle. On the palate it is elegant and aristocratic, dry and a little aromatic. Nikolas Juretic's "Vino Rosso" is a wine of great interest and character, the result of a careful assembly of red grapes and white grape must, which gives the wine unique characteristics. Sandrigo by Montanar is a fresh and juicy wine that comes from pure white grapes that come from vines of 30 years of age. Aging on fine lees for 8 months in steel tanks. Ribolla Gialla by Damijan podversic is an elegant and full-bodied orangewine that comes from the grapes of the same name that come from the vineyard located on Monte Calvario, just outside Gorizia. After fermentation, it ages in large barrels for 23 months and rests in the bottle for another 6 months before being put on the market. An amber-yellow colored wine with a complex nose of ripe fruit, hints of almond paste and resinous balsamic. On the palate it is powerful with excellent acidity and elegant tannic texture.
