The Cuveè Nature Pur Jus by Domaine Durrman is a complex and crunchy wine made from a blend of Pinot Blanc, Riesling and Pinot Gris. The Goustan Brut Nature is an excellent Blanc de Noir, made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Vinification takes place in wooden cuves, while aging on the lees lasts 24 months.
