Durdon Bouval's Candide Champagne is a truly fascinating product from the Marne Valley, made from Chardonnay grapes from two different vintages, 2019 and 2029. The Cuveè Nature Pur Jus by Domaine Durrman is a complex and crunchy wine made from a blend of Pinot Blanc, Riesling and Pinot Gris. The grapes are hand-picked as usual and in the cellar they are fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Refine on its lees for one year in the tank. The second fermentation is done with the addition of must. Bottled without filtration, without clarification and without added sulphites. Filipa Pato's 3B Blanc de Blancs is a classic method sparkling wine made from a blend of Bical, Cercial, and Maria Gomes, native Portuguese grape varieties. The Goustan Brut Nature is an excellent Blanc de Noir, made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Vinification takes place in wooden cuves, while aging on the lees lasts 24 months. The nose is seductive with hints of peach, lychee, wild strawberries, and toasted hazelnuts. On the palate, it is taut and lively, long, and very dry. Salty. It enters subtly and then begins to push forward, with a finish that plays entirely on minerality. Juicy and very persistent.

The Cuveè 60 is an intense and complex classic method sparkling wine based on chardonnay. 60 months aging on the lees. It has a golden yellow color with fine and persistent perlage.
