The Pinot Noir of Les Chais du Vieux Bourg is an elegant and fresh wine obtained from the grapes of the same name that come from the vineyard called Les Vernois which rests on soils composed of calcareous marl from Lias. It is an old Pinot Noir vineyard over 50 years old, made with vines from a mass selection of the best plants on the estate, selected on the basis of the quality and aromatic intensity of the grapes.
