Frederic Cossard's Bedeau is a wine that comes from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from different selected plots where agriculture respects the principles of the company philosophy. The harvest is manual, with meticulous selection of the grapes. The traditional fermentation takes place in wooden vats for 5-6 weeks including the malolactic fermentation, with a subsequent rest on the lees. After maceration, the wine ages in barrique for a maximum of 3 years. The wine is on notes of red fruit with hints of raspberry and strawberry and hints of undergrowth. Good structure and rather juicy on the palate.

Torre Rosso is obtained with the classic Umbrian grapes such as Gamay del Trasimeno, Canaiolo and Ciliegiolo. It is refined in steel tanks and after two decanting of clarification respecting the phases of the moon, it is bottled without adding sulfur. The nose offers a nice olfactory bouquet, mainly composed of fruity memories, among which the hints of cherry and plum stand out. The taste is fresh and smooth, medium-bodied and persistent.

Concrete is a fresh and juicy wine that comes from local red grapes. Fermentation is spontaneous in whole bunches in concrete tanks with maceration on the skins for about 5 days. Refinement of a few months follows in the same tanks. Concrete has a purple red color with purple reflections. The nose expresses fruity and floral notes, in the mouth it is full, with a soft tannin, a nice freshness and quite persistent. A fresh and drinkable wine.

Munjebel Rosso by Frank Cornelissen is a wine of great body and great purity produced from pure Nerello Mascalese grapes. It has an intense ruby red color at sight. On the nose the bouquet is characterized by hints of ripe red fruit, medicinal herbs and wild spices. El Marciano is a red wine produced from Garnacha de la Sierra de Gredos grapes that come from 70 year old vineyards. Aging on steel tanks. On the nose hints of ripe fruit, cherries, plums with notes of violets and dried roses. On the palate it is medium-bodied, soft in the tannic texture, of good length and slightly mineral in closing.
