Libìci is the wind that blows in the plain of Nicotera but also a splendid wine obtained from grapes of with Magliocco Canino, a native Calabrian grape variety, in purity. The "Nebbia in Valle" is a fine and elegant red wine produced with Nebbiolo grapes with a balance of local vines that come from vines aged between 10 and 90 years. After harvesting the grapes by hand, fermentation occurs spontaneously in a concrete tank. Stabilization is natural. Refine in large barrels before being bottled after 4 or 5 years after the harvest without any filtration. A wine that has a ruby red color with orange reflections. The nose reveals a complex bouquet of flowers and red fruit, followed by spicy notes. The taste is full-bodied, tannic with a sweet aftertaste.
