Service
We recommend serving it at a temperature of 16/18 ° in tulip glasses. Wonderful evolution in the bottle with an ideal consumption in a few years if well preserved in a cool, damp and dark cellar in a horizontal position.
Pairing
It should be paired with roasted red meats, game, aged cheeses, spicy foods, very tasty dishes in general.

Azienda Agricola Gueli cultivates and produces in the splendid and generous countryside of Grotte in the province of Agrigento, not far from the Valley of the Temples. Founded in 1986 by Vincenzo Gueli, the company currently extends for 10 hectares of vineyards and almond groves between 450 and 550 meters above sea level. Today the three young sons of Vincenzo (Giuseppe, Calogero and Davide) contribute with enthusiasm and competence to the development and management of the company. They focused on Nero D'Avola planting it in different districts and lands, managing to obtain two different products that are the expression of the place where they grow. The lands in which the vines grow can be broadly divided into two different types: the "Trubi" which locally call "Erbatini" which are white soils similar to talc with little presence of skeleton that can keep the soil fresh even during the hottest periods and are rich in minerals that give the wine a great structure and depth. The other type of soils are the "Calcari della Scintilia", rich in calcium, stony and fertile which give the wine a great freshness and drinkability.
