Tintilia Lame del Sorbo is a red wine made from Tintilia grapes, the native grape of Molise. The grape harvest is manual, soft pressing in the cellar and spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous yeasts in steel tanks. The refinement continues in the same tanks. Cirsium is a red wine made from Cesanese di Affile grapes that come from a vineyard of about 1 hectare, planted in 1953 and cultivated with sapling. Aging in French oak barrels for about 18 months. After bottling it rests for at least 2 years. It has a ruby red color with garnet hues. The bouquet on the nose is elegant, with hints of cherry, wild berries and tobacco. In the mouth the touch is silky, fine with a long finish.

Damiano Ciolli's Silene, named after a very common flower from the countryside of Olevano Romano, is obtained from a careful selection of Cesanese from 4 different vineyards, planted at different times.
