The Forestiero di Collecapretta is a powerful and elegant red wine that comes from pure Sagrantino grapes. Red wine obtained from a blend of Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara. The vinification is carried out in steel barrels for about 10-12 days at a controlled temperature and re-fermented on the still warm and sugar-rich Amarone pomace immediately after the Amarone is racked.
