Soif de Plasir by Le Clot de l'Origine is a red wine with deep aromas of ripe red fruit, hints of cocoa and spices, with a sip based on fruit and ease of drinking. It comes from a blend of equal parts of Carignan and Syrah. Fermentation for 14 days in semi-carbonic vats, and aging for 10 months in foudre and 4 months in steel. It is bottled without filtration, offering a product that is extremely adherent to the terroir and perfect for serving on informal occasions.

The Terrano di Skerlj is a true traditional wine obtained from the homonymous grapes that grow on the clayey and ferrous soils of the Karst. In the cellar, fermentation is carried out with only indigenous yeasts with a long maceration on the skins that enriches the must with aromas and flavors. Refinement lasts at least two years and takes place in wooden barrels set in the cellar dug into the rock. Joseph Chamonard's Morgon is a red wine produced with Gamay grapes that come from one of the best areas of Beaujolais. Vineyards with an average age of 70 located on soils rich in shale. During the vinification the bunches are not de-stemmed but are left whole. A carbonic maceration process and a spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts follows. Refine 60% of the product in wood. It has a ruby red color. On the nose the aromas are intense with small red fruits and earthy hints. Cupersito by Casebianche is a pure Aglianico of great texture. The vinification is spontaneous with maceration of 10-12 days, and continuous pumping over the entire period of alcoholic fermentation.
