Pinot Noir by Podere della Civettaja is a fine and elegant wine which ages for 12 months in old barriques. The Scapigliato, called by the producers "vino da merenda", is a still red wine obtained from the union of native Tuscan vines such as Ciliegiolo, Aleatico and other red berry varieties.
