Söl by Barbacàn is an intense and elegant red wine produced with Nebbiolo grapes that come from the Vlgella sub-area. It refines for 12 months in large barrels and has a transparent garnet red color. "Rossore" by Cantina Iuli is a fragrant wine of good freshness obtained from red grapes. “La Duline” by Vignai da Duline is a red wine made from Schioppettino grapes. Aging for 11 months in barriques. Light filtering before bottling. Torrette di La Source is a red wine made from Petit Rouge and Vien de Nus grapes that come from the Saint-Pierre vineyard, planted in 1991 on a soil of sandy origin. The refinement takes place on the fine lees partly in steel and partly in wood to favor maturation and increase the complexity of flavor and aroma. A wine that on the nose gives intense hints of red berry fruit, violets and plums, and spicy notes. Libìci is the wind that blows in the plain of Nicotera but also a splendid wine obtained from grapes of with Magliocco Canino, a native Calabrian grape variety, in purity. Aging in steel tanks for 12 months. Ruby red color, the nose perceives aromas of dried fruit, floral and spicy notes. The entry into the mouth is silky with a light tannic texture, it is enveloping and leaves a good freshness. It is not an opulent wine, far from the classic muscular and cloying southern wines on the contrary, it is of great drink and elegance.
