Airén Pampaneo Naturalis a white Spanish wine that comes from white grapes of Airèn, a typical Spanish grape variety, with maceration on the skins for a good 4 months. It has an amber color, given by the long maceration on the skins. On the palate it expresses intense aromas of dehydrated fruit, notes of undergrowth and spice. To the enveloping, energetic, very fresh, mineral sip, with a very long persistence.

Ognostro, from the local dialect Ink, by Marco Tinessa is a red wine of great power and richness that comes to life from red grapes from old vineyards with an average age of 25 years. Pinot Grigio "Fuoripista" by Elisabetta Foradori is a rosé wine that stands outside the box compared to the Trentino pinot grigi. "O Pando" by La Perdida is a white wine with character, obtained from 100% Godello grapes which remain in contact with the skins for a week in 400 liter tinajas. The grapes come from very old vines which arise on clayey soil which takes the name of O Pando. Refines with the skins for a further 4 months in 400 liter tinajas, old chestnut and French oak barrels. O Pando is a deep and complex wine with enormous vigor. On the sip the mouth is structured, with excellent acidity and minerality. The finish is long and tasty.

Iago Bitarishvili's Chardakhi Chinuri is a white wine made from an ancient Georgian grape variety called Chinuri. Fermented with natural yeasts in amphorae, macerated for 6 months on the skins and aged first in the same amphorae and then for 24 months in steel. It has a golden golden color. The nose releases hints of fresh fruit, dried fruit and sweet spices. In the mouth it is energetic, with a good acid texture, balanced and excellent persistence. An original wine, a must try.

Blan 5.7 is a white wine produced with Parellada and Maccabeu grapes by Jordi Llorens in Blancafort, in the Conca de Barberà. István Bencze's Aries Riesling is a fascinating wine with extreme tension and depth. To produce it, the oldest vines that reach 45 years of age are used. Rkatsiteli Bakurtsike is a Georgian white wine produced with the grapes of the same name.
