"Gino" by Fattoria San Lorenzo is a white wine made from Verdicchio grapes. Aging in the same tanks for 6 months on the lees. It is the simplest of the Verdicchi di Fattoria San lorenzo but offers incredible drinkability. The color is straw yellow with a fl oreal nose on a citrine-saline note. The “Selva di Sotto” by La Staffa is a fine and harmonious white wine, with a strong and refined personality, the result of the vinification of a particularly suitable Verdicchio cru, planted in 1974, and of a chat between Riccardo Baldi and Carlo Pigini, already director and oenologist of the Colonnara winery in Cupramontana. A Verdicchio that was born inspired by ancient traditions, in which no sulfur dioxide is added during the production process and the must is left to cool with the ancient technique of decanting air. Vinification and aging take place in concrete tanks.

The Rincrocca” by La Staffa is obtained from the best Verdicchio grapes coming from the Castellaretta district vineyard which was planted in 1972. The grapes are meticulously harvested by hand and after destemming and careful pressing the grapes are fermented spontaneously in tanks of concrete. After racking, it ages for eight months in the same containers. “Rincrocca” is a structured but flowing, elegant, fresh wine with a long, slightly savory finish.
