The "Morus Alba" by Vignai da Duline is a white wine of great personality obtained from a blend of Malvasia istriana from Duline and Sauvignon from Ronco Pitotti, spontaneous fermentation as in the style of the vintners and aging in barriques and used tonneaux. The Greco di Tufo Miniere is a white wine obtained from the grapes of the same name from a vineyard located on a clayey-calcareous soil close to the vent holes of the ancient sulfur mines. Aging in steel for 3-4 months and in bottle for 2-3 months. The nose expresses a disproportionate mineral tension and hints of white-fleshed fruit.
