Kamara Winery's Retsina Traditional is a wine made from roditis and assyrtiko grapes. A wine known since ancient times, it is produced with the addition, during fermentation, of small pieces of Aleppo pine resin from the mountains of the island of Evia, which give the retsina its unique character and aroma. The Berette 2.0 by La Ricolla is a simple, genuine and sincere macerated white wine made from Vermentino grapes. Berette, from the Ligurian saying, “Cuanto ti gou leave inse e berette”, or “How long do you leave it on the skins”. Spontaneous fermentation and maceration on the skins for 14 days in stainless steel vats. Aging in the same containers with frequent battonage for 10 months. "Ansonaco" is an intense and rich macerated white wine obtained from the native Ansonaco vine. Refines in steel tanks. Before being bottled it is not clarified, neither filtered nor stabilized. The "Ansonaco" is a dry white wine with an orange color. The nose reveals aromas of ripe fruit, followed by notes of Mediterranean scrub, smoky and mineral scents.
