"Malvasia "Vigna 80 anni" by I Clivi is a complex, elegant and delicate white wine, obtained from grapes that come from centenary vineyards. Rest in steel on the fine lees for at least one year. Excellent drunk with a few friends, as well as being a perfect companion to the table.

Renosu Bianco by Dettori is a medium-bodied wine full of charm and personality. Refines for 23 months in steel tanks and shows a straw yellow color with golden reflections. Complex nose of aromatic and fruity aromas. In the mouth it enters sweet and enveloping, with a brackish and savory note.

"Roditis" is a Greek white wine produced with the autochthonous Roditis grape, with a straw yellow color with golden nuances. On the nose the olfactory profile is reminiscent of ripe yellow pulp fruit, apricot and hazelnut. On the palate it is warm, with an almost oily texture, good freshness and minerality. Excellent when young but beautiful, aged a few years.s.

The Bianco R of Le Coste is a "Riserva" produced with the best company white grapes picked at full maturity, after being de-stemmed they ferment in contact with the skins in open French oak vats for about 3 weeks. After pressing, the wine is decanted into 5 hl French oak barrels for about 20 months. After being bottled, it rests for a further 6 months before release. Also in this case, thanks to the vintage, the wine is very elegant and with an acid and mineral thorn that is appreciated throughout the finish.

The Orange is a white wine macerated on the skins for about 15 days obtained from Zibibbo grapes. It is a deep yellow color tending to orange. The nose is explosive, with aromas of tropical fruit, candied citrus fruits, floral notes and Mediterranean herbs. The taste is warm, fresh, with splendid sapidity and an elegant and very long finish.

The Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Superiore by La Staffa is a white wine of great character, produced from the Verdicchio variety in the hills of Staffolo, an area historically suited to viticulture. The wine has an intense straw yellow color, which anticipates an aromatic complexity fascinating. On the palate, it is enveloping and fresh, with a marked minerality which accentuates its pleasantness and drinkability. “Oran-go” of Santa Colomba is not one of those caricatured “orange wines”, with a troubled and impertinent hand, which show a desire for showiness but lack of formal expertise. This garganega vinified in red is born on the Berici Hills and macerates for ten days in cool steel, before refining part in tanks and part in wood. The result is rewarding: a wine with a veiled golden color, which winds between spices and incense, violet and oriental notes. Its floral timbre is found in the mouth, with a chewable but fine and sweet air. Such elegant executions are rare when it comes to “orange” wines!

Fiano by Archetipo is a white wine characterized by marine and slightly smoked nuances, obtained from Fiano Minutolo grapes. It is round and floral, fairly slender in its body. Clean and lively thanks to the beautiful acidity.
