FelceBianco is a fresh and drinkable white wine made from white grapes from vines with an average age of 40 years. Fermentation is spontaneous with the use of only indigenous yeasts in steel containers with maceration on the skins for 2 days. Refinement takes place in the same containers. Felcebianco is an intense yellow wine with aromas of lemon peel, plum, fresh apple and saline. The mouth is fresh and agile with a saline return in the finish.

“Oran-go” of Santa Colomba is not one of those caricatured “orange wines”, with a troubled and impertinent hand, which show a desire for showiness but lack of formal expertise. This garganega vinified in red is born on the Berici Hills and macerates for ten days in cool steel, before refining part in tanks and part in wood. The result is rewarding: a wine with a veiled golden color, which winds between spices and incense, violet and oriental notes. Its floral timbre is found in the mouth, with a chewable but fine and sweet air. Such elegant executions are rare when it comes to “orange” wines!

Una Giornata al Mare by Nuzzella is a macerated white wine produced with Carricante, and a small part of Catarratto. Ligreza is a wonderful orange wine made from pure white grapes that make a maceration of 20 days on the skins. Refine on its fine lees for several months in steel tanks. No filtration before bottling. Ligreza gives us a bright golden yellow color. The nose reveals hints of ripe yellow fruits, notes of exotic fruit and aromatic herbs. On the palate it has a good structure, well balanced, with vibrant freshness and an excellent finish.

The Blanc de Morgex et de La Salle is white wine obtained from Priè Blanc grapes that come from vineyards located on sandy soil at an altitude of 1200 meters s.l.m. On the nose are notes of aromatic herbs, floral, with hints of white fruits, williams pear, and spicy notes of white pepper. At the sip it is fresh intense, persistent with evident mineral notes. A wine that makes acidity its strong point.

Bamboo Road is the name of the wine inspired by the bamboo canes that surround the vineyard. As per tradition it is obtained from a blend of white grapes; Stefano's ambition is to retrace a journey into the past, when local farmers gathered grapes at full maturity. The Catarratto di Barraco is a wine with great gustatory intensity which ages in steel for about 8 months. Delicate aromas of sweet spiciness, yellow fruit, citrus fruits, smoky notes and very elegant sulfurs on the nose. In the mouth it is enveloping, fresh and long lasting.

The Trebbiano d'Abruzzo Apollo of Ausonia is obtained from the grapes of the same name from the oldest vineyards of the company. Its aging takes place for 6 months in steel. Straw yellow color with intense and persistent aromas of fruit, peach, and floral, jasmine. On the palate it is fresh, soft, savory and velvety with hints of pineapple and apple, persistent.

The Berette 2.0 by La Ricolla is a simple, genuine and sincere macerated white wine made from Vermentino grapes.
