Petite Prince is a beautifully savory and mineral Valdostan white wine made from grapes that come from old vines that grow perched on the mountain ridge on soils rich in glacial deposits. Manual harvest and spontaneous vinification in steel tanks with 12 months aging on the fine lees in the same containers. No filtration before bottling.

Pinot Draga is an intense orange, obtained from pure Pinot Grigio grapes. A production of only 1600 bottles, each therefore rare and precious. Verment'oro is Sequerciani's orangewine. Obtained from Vemrnetino grapes, it ages for 8 months with skins in terracotta amphorae and acacia and chestnut barrels. Gravner's Ribolla Gialla is an orange wine that goes beyond any convention and pre-established scheme, obtained from the grapes of the same name which is vinified in Georgian amphora with long maceration and aged in barrels for 6 years. Vinification takes place in Caucasian amphorae with a long maceration on the skins. The wine, after being pressed and drawn off, rests for 5 months again in the amphora, and then ages for 6 years in large oak barrels.

Savagnin by Domaine de la Renardiere is a wine pleasantly marked by intense and complex oxidative notes, powerful both on the nose and on the palate. Jurancon is a wine obtained from a blend of Gros Manseng, Petit Manseng and a small part of Courbu. The grapes, all indigenous to South-West France, come from 2 hectares of vineyards planted in the 1940s. Aging takes place in barrels where it remains in contact with the yeasts for a year. It then spends 6 months in steel tanks before being bottled. The nose expresses aromas of custard, aromatic herbs and citrus fruits that prepare a mouth with electrifying acidity.
