Griddu Verde is a mineral and sunny white wine that comes from a blend of white grapes. Manual harvest of the grapes and in the cellar pressing with the feet and spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with maceration on the skins for 5-10 days. One of the new born in the Canlibero family, Shiro is an excellent wine from white grapes. No filtration or clarification before bottling. Shiro comes to the straw yellow glass. The Baby Bandito Keep On Punching is obtained from old Chenin blanc vineyards planted in 1972. Spontaneous vinification in steel tanks and aging in the same. A straw yellow wine.
