"Sarà Sirà" by Giorgia Grande is a red wine made from grapes grown in vineyards planted in 2005 near the winery, where the young winemaker reclaimed her family's land, pursuing her passion for natural wine. Logorroico by Il Torchio company is a red wine that comes from a blend of red grapes. Fermentations take place spontaneously in open tubs and in whole clusters for each of the varieties. We then proceed to the assembly of the wine, which does not undergo alterations such as clarification or filtration. The refinement takes place for a few months in oak barrels. The nose reveals notes of wild berries, Mediterranean herbs, floral notes. On the palate it is fresh, straightforward, and of great expressiveness.

Bamboo Road is the name of the wine inspired by the bamboo canes that surround the vineyard. As per tradition it is obtained from a blend of white grapes; Stefano's ambition is to retrace a journey into the past, when local farmers gathered grapes at full maturity. Intense straw yellow color. On the nose intense aromas of ripe fruit, flowers, citrus and mineral notes. On the palate it is dry, enveloping, pulpy with good acidity and a persistent finish.

Cinqueterre by Possa is a macerated white wine obtained from the regional varieties Bosco and Albarola. Refine for eight months in small oak barrels. Straw yellow with golden reflections. Extreme di Ilenia Spagnoli is a white wine macerated for 15 days on the skins, obtained from white grapes. Grapes that come from old vineyards of about half a century bred in a natural way.
