Tempo dopo Tempo is a white wine with a personality vinified with a 25-day maceration on the skins, according to the tradition of sannio. It has a golden yellow color. Il Mille has an intense ruby red color. The nose gives us intense aromas of pink fruit with notes of blackberry and floral and spicy touches. V For Vittorio is the wine that Ennio and Mena wanted to dedicate to their son Vittorio. Made from white grapes. The hand-picked harvest is painstaking, only the perfect bunches enter the cellar. Fermentation is spontaneous, entrusted only to the yeasts present on the peel. Maceration on the skins in an open vat for 8 days. Then the refinement continues for 10 months in steel tanks. It is not filtered or clarified and no sulphites are added before bottling. V For Vittorio has a golden yellow color. On the nose hints of yellow fruits emerge, with notes of exotic fruit. On the palate it is fresh, well-structured and well balanced. The finish is long and persistent.

The Taurasi Riserva di Perillo is made from Aglianico grapes that come from old vineyards over a century old. It is a wine of great structure but also endowed with great finesse. Zagreo has a beautiful golden yellow color. The nose is intriguing with white flowers and citrus. In the mouth it is full-bodied, complex, savory with a nice sour shoulder.
