Tempo dopo Tempo - Podere Veneri Vecchio
"Tempo dopo Tempo" is a white wine with a personality that comes from a blend of ancient native vines of the Sannio, the Grieco and the Cerreto. The grapes come from an old farm located behind the farm, bred without any chemical or technological intervention. It is a white wine vinified as a red, with a maceration on the skins for 25 days, according to the tradition of sannio. It refines for a long time on the fine lees in chestnut barrels for about 8 months. The time after time has a golden yellow color. On the nose the aromas are reminiscent of broom and white peach, with mineral notes, and of bread crust. In the mouth it is medium-bodied, dynamic and lively, with good freshness and excellent persistence. Wine that encourages drinking.

Winery: Podere Veneri Vecchio
The Podere Veneri Vecchio winery is located in Castelvenere. Led by Raffaele Annichiarico, who after working for several years in a multinational, in 1999 decided to buy an old farmhouse made of gray tuff stones surrounded by 2 hectares of vineyards. In the early years he sells grapes to the local cooperative, until he begins to make wine on his own. His philosophy is oriented towards respect, both in the vineyard and in the cellar, of plants, territory and man. The vines have an age ranging from 25 to 60 years, and are planted with free feet with native vines of the area such as Piedirosso, Aglianico, Barbera del Sannio, Agostinella, and Grieco di Castelvenere. Raffaele has abolished any chemical substance from the vineyard, and the treatments take place only with vegetable essences made to macerate and ferment. In the cellar, do not use either additives or enological adjuvants, fermentations are spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts, and has eliminated the clarifications and filtrations, which remove important components from the wine. Poderi Vecchio Venere has managed to produce wines that protect an ancient genetic and cultural heritage that, through the bottle, must be returned and drunk together
