"Giocheremo con le Fiori" by Torre dei Beati is a fresh, medium-bodied wine made from Pecorino grapes. The grapes come from vineyards located on the first hills at the foot of the Gran Sasso, downstream of the Tavo stream, on clay-limestone soils, with strong temperature changes between day and night, which can give the grapes a strong exaltation of aromatic kit.
