Service
We taste it at a temperature of 10/12 ° in tulip glasses. Wine to be drunk immediately but left a few years in the cellar can give great satisfaction. To be opened a few minutes before tasting it to fully appreciate it.
Pairings
Excellent wine that goes perfectly with vegetable first courses, with fish second courses, to try with spaghetti with tomato and zucchini.
Cellar: Meigamma
Meigamma are Barbara and Giuseppe Pusceddu, winemakers in Villasimius, in the province of Cagliari. The passion for the vineyard was born in 2006 when, pursuing their natural passion for wine and the land, they decided to plant a typical Cannonau vineyard. In Sardinian meigamma means "nap after lunch", the siesta: this word contains their "slow" life philosophy, which they inspire to produce wine, oil, honey and vegetables. They immediately opted for a type of cultivation that respects the environment, without using pesticides and herbicides so that they can bring out the real territory in the glass; They keep the same idea in the cellar respecting the grapes, harvested entirely by hand, transforming them without the aid of selected yeasts, nor any clarifying or filtration and without adding sulphites until bottling. The extension of their vineyard is currently 1.1 hectares, cultivated with Cannonau, Carignano and Muristellu, their soil is sandy type 600 meters from the sea. Two other ancient Sardinian vines have recently recovered, Nasco and Nuragus
