Service
We taste it at a temperature of 14/16° in tulip glasses. Wine to drink immediately but will express the best of itself in a few years.
Pairing
Wine is great with starters, first dishes, to try with a palte of cheese.
Cellar: Joiseph
Joiseph is the product of the union of three friends, Luka, Richard and Alex, who make wine from the vineyards of Jois, in the Austrian region of Burgenland. The name of the winery takes inspiration from the town where most of the vineyards are located, Jois (eph). The vineyards (about 6 hectares of which 1 not yet in production) are located on the slopes of the Leitha mountains, and the soil is mostly schist and limestone, rich in silicon, clay, sand and gravel, a legacy of the ancient presence of the so-called Pannonian Sea. They use, in purity and in blends, many native and traditional varieties of the area, producing original and juicy wines since 2015, the first year of production.
