Fresh - Visioni

TFresh is simultaneously a seau à glace, a refresher and an innovative thermal stabilizer for wines that works with simple ice (cubed or flaked) thanks to a patented system that maintains the right serving temperature of the wine for a long period of time, so that it remains constant for the duration of the tasting. Through Fresh, the sommelier is able to freeze the temperature of a wine for the entire duration of its consumption without having to immerse the bottle in ice. In fact, until today every time you want to drink you have to bring a napkin to limit the inevitable dripping of the wet bottle. Thanks to Fresh, this problem is solved in a clean and elegant way by separating the ice from the bottle through an aluminum band, a material with a very high thermal conductivity, which allows the cold generated by the ice to be transmitted to the bottle without the elements (ice and bottle) have any contact. Another feature of Fresh is its slope which, in addition to providing a very attractive design, has been created in such a way as to ensure that, after serving the wine, the bottle in the container can slide comfortably on the aluminum wall to its initial position. Finally, Fresh is made of transparent material in order to always make the bottle you are tasting visible.

Winery: Visioni

Visioni was born from the passion of Nando Salemme, sommelier and owner of the Abraxas tavern, located in Pozzuoli, in the heart of the Campi Flegrei, in the province of Naples. The intent is to create new design solutions for catering. In collaboration with the ADI (Industrial Design Association) of Naples and thanks to the skilled hands of master craftsmen, the products created offer very useful and comfortable solutions to restaurants with an eye to the aesthetic sense.
