"Rossore" by Cantina Iuli is a fragrant wine of good freshness obtained from red grapes. The Rincrocca” by La Staffa is obtained from the best Verdicchio grapes coming from the Castellaretta district vineyard which was planted in 1972. The grapes are meticulously harvested by hand and after destemming and careful pressing the grapes are fermented spontaneously in tanks of concrete. After racking, it ages for eight months in the same containers. “Rincrocca” is a structured but flowing, elegant, fresh wine with a long, slightly savory finish.

Libìci is the wind that blows in the plain of Nicotera but also a splendid wine obtained from grapes of with Magliocco Canino, a native Calabrian grape variety, in purity. Aging in steel tanks for 12 months. Ruby red color, the nose perceives aromas of dried fruit, floral and spicy notes. The entry into the mouth is silky with a light tannic texture, it is enveloping and leaves a good freshness. It is not an opulent wine, far from the classic muscular and cloying southern wines on the contrary, it is of great drink and elegance.

Iscadoro di Casebianche is a white wine obtained from a blend of Fiano, Trebbiano, Malvasia from a half-hectare vineyard planted in 1998 on a clayey-calcareous soil. Aging on its own yeasts for 70% in steel tanks and 30% in 500l barrels for about eight months. Straw-yellow in color with golden reflections, the nose has hints of citrus and ripe fruit, with smoky and spicy notes of Mediterranean scrub. On the palate it is soft and rich in flavor.
