Barbaresco Roncagliette by Olek Bondonio is a pure Nebbiolo in the Michet and Lampia sub-varieties, from 35-year-old vines to 280 meters above sea level. from the Roncagliette cru in the municipality of Barbaresco. Soft destemming and long maceration with the skins for almost a month. Refine in oak barrels of 10 and 15 hectoliters, where it remains for up to 20 months. Liaison is a taut and energetic red wine that tastes of red fruit. It is produced by Enderle & Moll which in a few years have become the reference point for Pinot Noir in Baden. A vintage from a single vineyard with a north-south orientation in Cramant, a village the family holds dear. Vines planted between 1962, 1986, and 1998 create a Champagne of character and elegance in the style of grandfather Guy Larmandier. Bright straw yellow, it offers aromas of brioche, butter, hawthorn, candied grapes, and toasted hazelnut. Brunello di Fonterenza is a work of biodynamic craftsmanship born from the ancient clay, marl, and schist soils of Montalcino. Vinified with spontaneous fermentations in oak and concrete vats, without any technological control, this Brunello is the portrait of a nature that resists and exalts itself. The nose is deep and sunny: black cherry preserved in alcohol, scorched Mediterranean scrub, and a bloody, mineral note that reveals its rocky origins. Sarnin-Berrux's Gevrey-Chambertin is an important red wine of high lineage, son of the climat Aux Crovées.
