Les Vignes de Trelou Blanc de Noirs by Tristan Hyest is a Champagne resulting from a cuvée obtained from 60% Pinot Meunier and 40% Pinot Noir. To the 2018 vintage, which constitutes approximately 70%, 30% of reserve wines from the two previous vintages are added. "Les Vignes de Trelou" has a fine and persistent perlage. The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DCOG ExtraBrut by Silvano Follador is a wine obtained from Glera grapes and small quantities of Verdiso, Perera, Bianchetta. After the careful selection of the grapes, they are fermented slowly and then aged on the fine lees for 6 months. In spring the second fermentation is carried out with the Martinotti method at the end of which the yeasts are eliminated by slow filtration. The Champagne Extra Brut Bulles de Comptoir 12 Caché dans l'evidance by Charles Dufour is a Champagne from the Cote de Bars obtained from a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc. The majority of the blend (80%) is made with the 2021 vintage, (year in which Dufour lost 80% of the production due to the combined effect of frost, downy mildew and botrytis), the rest 20% with 2010 reserve -2020 and reserve 1982-2009. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts. The refinement in Burgundian pièce and large barrel continues. No clarification or filtration before bottling.

Maurice Choppin's Champagne L'Age Et La Raison is born from an assembly of Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, which come from old vines planted on a terroir with a strong presence of limestone in the village of Damery. For the creation of Champagne Extra Brut "Bistrøtage" B.17, Charles bought the grapes from his mother Francoise Martinot, which is why both names are listed on the label. The B.11 cuvée is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from the 2017 harvest from the Chervey cru. One year of aging 50% in neutral oak barrels, and 50% in steel tanks.
