The Cuveè 60 is an intense and complex classic method sparkling wine based on chardonnay. 60 months aging on the lees. It has a golden yellow color with fine and persistent perlage. On the nose aromas of bread crust and evolved aromas of yellow paste fruit. On the palate the entrance is decided with slightly smoky notes that are accompanied by buttery, fat, full-bodied and very persistent hints.

The "50 Lune" by Nicola Gatta is a complex, intense and rich Classic Method Blanc de Blancs sparkling wine obtained from Chadonnay grapes grown in Gussago, one of the few areas of Franciacortino where the limestone part is dominant, then transmitted to the roots that in the wine is transformed into acidity and minerality that is great freshness of drink. Fedelie Bianco by Cantina Marilina is a wine that releases fruity and floral sensations, obtained from 100% Moscato grapes with the ancestral method. During the fermentation of the must, the sugars are checked and upon reaching the quantity necessary for the second fermentation, the wines are bottled and closed with a crown cap. At the end of fermentation and consequent second fermentation, the wines remain "sur-lie" for 6 months, or rather on their own yeasts. It is drunk that it is a pleasure for the carbonic which amplifies the juicy fruit.

Pretty Nuts by Koppish is an Austrian sparkling wine obtained from a blend of Blaufränkisch and Syrah with the method of refermentation in the bottle. Vinification with direct pressing of whole bunches, drawing off before the start of fermentation in fiberglass. At the right point of fermentation, the wine is bottled (by the whole family, by hand). Disgorged by hand, no addition of sulphites.

Sol e Steli by Crocizia is a sparkling wine based on Sauvignon which is naturally refermented in the bottle. The grapes come from vineyards cultivated at 500 meters above sea level, surrounded by orchards and woods. The harvest is manual, and in the cellar fermentation takes place spontaneously in steel tanks with maceration on the skins which lasts about 2 days. It ages for a few months in steel, then in the bottle with subsequent natural refermentation activated by residual sugars. A fresh and aromatic, convivial wine that creates addiction.

Tribulato is a sparkling wine produced from Trebbiano Toscano grapes. This white ferments in stainless steel containers and in the spring following the harvest it spontaneously ferments in the bottle with indigenous yeasts. It has an intense straw yellow color, with slightly orange reflections. On the nose the aromas are reminiscent of dried fruit, bread crust, honey and spices. The sip is taut and straight, with a nice acid boost.

The "Antico" sparkling wine is obtained using white grapes that come from vineyards over 35 years old grown in Trentino pergola on medium-textured limestone soils. Spontaneous fermentation for the formation of the base wine and re-fermentation in the bottle after it remains to refine on the lees for two years. It is not opened and no sulfur is added before it is put on the market. It has a slightly turbid straw yellow color with lively bubbles. Classic aromas of bread crust, flowers and light mineral notes on the nose.
