V For Vittorio is the wine that Ennio and Mena wanted to dedicate to their son Vittorio. Made from white grapes. The hand-picked harvest is painstaking, only the perfect bunches enter the cellar. Fermentation is spontaneous, entrusted only to the yeasts present on the peel. Maceration on the skins in an open vat for 8 days. Then the refinement continues for 10 months in steel tanks. It is not filtered or clarified and no sulphites are added before bottling. V For Vittorio has a golden yellow color. On the nose hints of yellow fruits emerge, with notes of exotic fruit. O... is an orange wine obtained from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon. Maceration in contact with the skins for 3/4 months. The aging continues in 25/35 hl oak barrels for about 40 months. No clarification or filtration or use of sulfur dioxide throughout the winemaking process. Oslavje is a wine with a slightly coppery golden color. The nose is complex, persistent, with hints of fruit, in particular apple and dried fruit. On the palate it has a broad, mineral taste and at the same time slightly tannic and elegant.

JNK's Rebula is a macerated white wine obtained from the homonymous grapes which grapes come from vineyards that grow on soils made up of alternating layers of marl and noble clays. Rigorously selected harvest and in the cellar the grapes are fermented spontaneously with a 12-day maceration on the skins. Aging for 15 months in old 500 liter barrels. Golden yellow color with intense and complex aromas of dried fruit, honeyed notes and bread crust. In the mouth it is full-bodied, enveloping, rich in minerality, with good freshness and the presence of a light tannin.

Fuorizona by Davide Gaggiola is a white wine obtained from Istrian Malvasia grapes that come from a hectare of vineyard located between Zugliano and Vipolze (Goriska Brda) where there are plants with an average age of 60 years. Manual harvest of the grapes, and spontaneous fermentation in the cellar with maceration on the skins of variable duration based on the characteristics of the grapes and the vintage (on average about 4-6 days). The wine then rests in cement tanks or wooden barrels. Fuorizona is a smooth and versatile wine. Certainly an expression of sincere and authentic Istrian Malvasia. Yellow fruit and vegetation open immediately on the nose, then in the mouth arrive quick minerality and flavor supported by a right body and a tonic and pure matter.

“Oran-go” of Santa Colomba is not one of those caricatured “orange wines”, with a troubled and impertinent hand, which show a desire for showiness but lack of formal expertise. This garganega vinified in red is born on the Berici Hills and macerates for ten days in cool steel, before refining part in tanks and part in wood. The result is rewarding: a wine with a veiled golden color, which winds between spices and incense, violet and oriental notes. Its floral timbre is found in the mouth, with a chewable but fine and sweet air. Such elegant executions are rare when it comes to “orange” wines!
