The Davitha Bianco by Davitha is a macerated wine obtained mainly from Vermentino produced with an ambitiously interpreted old tradition. Aging in steel and large wooden barrels. A white with a golden color that heralds structure. Hints of medicinal herbs with ethereal nuances, with a marked acidity, softened by the sweet, vaguely perceptible tones of the wood.

Nekaj is a rich and structured wine made from Friulano grapes from the vineyard on Monte Calvario, just outside Gorizia. After fermentation, it refines first for 23 months in large barrels and then in bottle for 6 months. It has a golden yellow color tending towards amber, with an intriguing nose of ripe fruit that ranges from apricot to tropical fruit. On the palate it is structured and elegant, with a subtle tannic texture with a very long finish.

Malvasia by Damija Podversic is an elegant and complex wine produced with Istrian Malvasia grapes from the Gradiscutta vineyard. Klinec's Rebula is a wonderful macerated white wine made from Rebula grapes. or Ribolla Gialla, which comes from the Slovenian Collio. It has an intense golden yellow color. JNK's Sv. Mihael is a white wine obtained from a blend of Pinot Blanc and Sauvignon. The vineyards are located in the small town of Šmihel where there is a church dedicated to San Michele, from which the wine takes its name. Spontaneous vinification with only indigenous yeasts with a 4-day maceration on the skins. Aging for 12 months in old 500 liter barrels. The Sv. Mihael has a bright golden yellow color and has a rich and elegant bouquet, where hay emerges accompanied by linden flowers, green apple, dried apricot, pear and a distant nuance of elderberry.

Ottocento Bianco is a maceration wine obtained from a blend of Malvasia Istriana, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay. Spontaneous vinification with only indigenous yeasts and maceration on the skins for 10 days. Aging of 12/14 months in large oak barrels follows. A wine with an amber yellow colour. The nose reveals aromas of fruit, with notes of resin and balsamic. On the palate it is warm, fresh, powerful and mineral, infinite.
