The grapes come from vines over 100 years old which are located just 300 meters from the Adriatic Sea. Spontaneous fermentation with short maceration time on the skins and bottling for refermentation without adding anything. Never foul. Refinement of 4 months in the bottle before release. Mirko Mariotti's Turnè is a sparkling wine obtained from refermentation in the bottle without "disgorgement" based on Trebbiano and Grecheto grapes. "Sur lie" wine, to be served clear or cloudy depending on personal tastes. It goes well with appetizers of Emilian cured meats or in company with friends.

"Surlie" by Mirko Mriotti is a lively and dynamic sparkling red wine that comes from grapes of Fortana in purity. Purplish red color, slightly turbid with a good effervescence. On the nose the aromas are intense and fine with floral and fruity scents. In the mouth it is dry, warm, fairly soft but fresh and tasty, with a bitter finish.

The Poggio Rosso wine is a fresh and persistent wine made from red grapes. Spontaneously fermented in steel containers and aged in large barrels for 12 months. Rosso Vino del Poggio is a red wine with an intense ruby color. The nose expresses spicy notes of black pepper and red fruit. On the palate it is enveloping, soft, with a persistent freshness.

Znéstra di Crocizia is a sparkling wine based on Malvasia di Candia which is naturally refermented in the bottle. It ages for a few months in steel, then in the bottle with subsequent natural refermentation activated by the residual yeasts. Znéstra has hints of citrus, orange and lemon on the nose, followed by notes of peach and hints of bread crust. On the palate it is juicy, slightly aromatic with a light tannin. An absolutely thirst-quenching and drinkable wine.

Dinavolo is a white wine macerated on the skins fresh and fruity produced by a blend of Malvasia di Candia Aromatica, Marsanne, Ortrugo. In the mouth it has good structure, with balanced freshness and fascinating tannic look.
