Zirudela from Al di là del fiume is a wine that comes from the union of the most authentic native white grape varieties of the Bolognese Hills: Albana, Grechetto gentile and Montuni. The Metodo Interrotto Brut Nature is a sparkling mineral and highly drinkable wine obtained using white grapes. Spontaneous fermentation for the formation of the base wine and refermentation in the bottle where it remains to refine on the lees for two years. It is not opened or dosed and without the addition of sulfur dioxide before being put on the market. It has a slightly turbid straw yellow color with lively bubbles.
