The Spumante Metodo Classico Brut by Furlani is a wine with a good structure, fresh and persistent, obtained from Chardonnay and Pinot nero grapes. Harvested manually in boxes, with a careful selection already in the vineyard. Referments and refines in the bottle, on its own yeasts, for 24 months, after a manual remuage on wooden pupitre. Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany mixed starters and light first courses

Lezer is a classic fresh and carefree "snack wine" obtained from Teroldego grapes and an assembly of 10 vinification tests in amphora, wood, steel and cement. On visual examination it shows a light ruby red tending towards purple. On the nose, fragrant aromas of small red fruits, and floral notes. The sip is slender, greedy, smooth, pleasant freshness.

The "Macerato" sparkling wine from Cantina Furlani is produced using white grapes. The vinification is carried out spontaneously without added yeasts and without temperature control, with a short maceration. For decanting the lunar cycles are followed. The refermentation in the bottle takes place with indigenous yeasts and the wine is clarified with the only use of winter cold. It is not filtered. Zero sulfur dioxide added. The Brunnenhof Pinot Noir is an elegant and gentle wine that comes from pure Pinot Noir grapes, which come from vineyards located in the area called the crest of Prato del Re. The Metodo interrotto Brut Nature Rosè by Furlani is obtained using a bledn of red and white grapes that come from old vineyards that grow on soils of calcareous origin. Spontaneous fermentation for the formation of the base wine and re-fermentation in the bottle where it remains to refine on the lees for two years. It is not opened or dosed and without the addition of sulfur dioxide before being put on the market. It has a slightly turbid pink color with lively bubbles. Classic aromas of bread crust, flowers and light mineral notes on the nose. In the mouth great drinkability, pleasantness and all the experience of the yeasts that enhances the mineral strength of the alpine place.

The grapes are harvested in late September and fermented spontaneously. The base wine is fermented in the bottle with the addition of indigenous yeasts only. Sulfur dioxide is not added and the lunar cycles for decanting are followed. It is not filtered. A sparkling wine with aromas of ripe fruit and alpine herbs on the nose. On the palate it is noted for its great freshness, drinkability and enjoyability.

Granato is a red wine made from Teroldego grapes. Aging takes place in wooden barrels for 15 months. It is bottled without filtration and no type of stabilization. On the nose there are aromas of red berry fruit, raspberry and cherry, of flowers, with mineral notes. On the palate it is full-bodied, warm, balanced and harmonious, savory and fresh, with a long finish on fruity notes.

Indulgente by Redondel is a powerful and elegant red wine obtained from 100% Teroldego grapes from vineyards located in the Rotaliana plain, the place of choice for the cultivation of Teroldego. The grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed in the cellar and fermented with only indigenous yeasts with long macerations of about 20 days. Aging in steel for 12 months. A Teroldego with an intense ruby red color. On the nose notes of raspberry, boero in spirit, violet and spicy notes. On the palate it has a strong backbone, vigorous acidity with a persistent finish.

Lagrein di Muri - Gries is a red wine with character, with feet firmly on the ground but, at the same time, ready to take off. The grapes ripen in the vineyards of the sunny Bolzano basin at 260 m a.s.l., rooted in a soil sandy alluvial facing south. Refine in large 30-50 hl wooden barrels. This Lagrein has an intense purple-red colour; the nose is inviting, broad and complex with notes of violet, chocolate, ripe plum and spices. With an elegant palate, it convinces with its velvety structure, dense tannins and light bitter almond tones.
