Moscato Bianco di Bera is an excellent sweet wine obtained from the vine of the same name. Spontaneous fermentation in autoclave. It does not undergo clarification or filtration before bottling. Montemarino di Cascina degli Ulivi is a white wine made from grapes of old vines worked in biodynamic and macerated for 3 days on the skins. Ages on fine lees for 12 months in the same containers and more than a year in concrete containers. No clarification and filtration before bottling. Montemarino has a golden yellow color. The nose expresses floral and fruity aromas, toasted and mineral notes. In the mouth it is enveloping, with a slight sapid vein, persistent closing.
