The Girotondo Rosso from Agricola i Forestieri is a wine that expresses with great freshness and liveliness the terroir of the hills on which its grapes grow. The co-fermentation of Sangiovese with other varieties allows to obtain a complex aromatic profile, while the whole bunch macerations help to preserve the integrity of the fruit and intensify the freshness. The short aging in cement, for two months, allows the wine to develop a certain minerality without the influence of the wood, thus keeping the fresh and fruity characters intact. Girotondo Rosso stands out for its liveliness and élan, making it an ideal companion for light and fresh dishes, but also for moments of conviviality with friends. It is a wine that invites you to taste it in company, reflecting Agricola i Forestieri's philosophy of enhancing the territory and its peculiarities.
