Amuse Rouge is a natural red wine from the Rhône produced by Martin Lapalus from old Carignan, Grenache, and Syrah vines grown organically and biodynamically. Fresh, juicy, and spicy, it is vinified with indigenous yeasts, unfiltered, and with virtually no sulfites. Production is limited to 3,800 bottles.

The vines, with an age of 40 years, grow in the prestigious cru of Celles-Lès-Condé, known for its microclimate and soil favorable to viticulture. Domaine Breton's Vouvray Dilettante Brut is the vinous equivalent of a pear cider, with tender honeyed notes and a delicate effervescence that keeps the wine bright and smooth at the same time. Blend of different vintages from vines over 40 years old. Manual harvest and selection of grapes that come from vines located on clayey soils in Silex. Spontaneous fermentation of the base wine. The Macvin du Jura by Domaine de la Tournelle is the classic fortified wine from the Jura, produced from Chardonnay grapes to which Marc du Jura is added, the area's spirit traditionally aged for around 24 months in barrels. During fermentation this brandy is added to block it and leave a natural sugar residue. The Macvin du Jura by Domaine de la Tournelle is a truly niche product, which is aged for up to 7 years in wooden barrels. On the nose it has aromas of figs, ripe pear, plum, but also reminiscent of walnuts and raisins, a high alcohol content and a generous residual sugar accompany everything. It is a perfect wine to conclude a lunch or dinner, but also as an aperitif.

Savagnin by Domaine de la Renardiere is a wine pleasantly marked by intense and complex oxidative notes, powerful both on the nose and on the palate. Aged, as tradition, in barrique scolme, with voile presence, for 48 months. The nose is rich and complex, with hints reminiscent of dried fruit, spices and undergrowth. On the palate it is full-bodied, enveloping, of good freshness and excellent persistence
