The “Selva di Sotto” by La Staffa is a fine and harmonious white wine, with a strong and refined personality, the result of the vinification of a particularly suitable Verdicchio cru, planted in 1974, and of a chat between Riccardo Baldi and Carlo Pigini, already director and oenologist of the Colonnara winery in Cupramontana. For the creation of Champagne Extra Brut "Bistrøtage" B.19, Charles bought the grapes from his mother Francoise Martinot, which is why both names are listed on the label. Indulgente by Redondel is a powerful and elegant red wine obtained from 100% Teroldego grapes from vineyards located in the Rotaliana plain, the place of choice for the cultivation of Teroldego. GThe Goutte de Poire Williams by Distillerie Artisanale Cazottes is a distillate of pears which are left to overripe on the plant for more than a month and subsequently harvested several times to have the perfect sugar and aromatic concentration inside them. The peduncles and seeds, with painstaking work, are removed manually in order to preserve the flavor of the pear. 12 kg of fruit give life to a liter of finished product. Sniffing a glass of this distillate served at around 10°/12° you get a clear idea of the granularity of the pear. Incredible.
