760m by Azienda Agricola Sciara is a red wine made from Nerello Mascalese grapes which come from vineyards with an average age of 70 years. Refines for 19 months in oak tonneaux of various sizes and glass containers. A wine in which the aromatic intensity extends into sensations of stones and dried berries that emerge between a sensation of anchovy paste and ferrous notes. On the sip it is well structured and rich in substance. The pseudo-caloric sensation brings with it hints of figs and black fruits, saline notes and a woody finish. The wine expresses itself at its best at least half an hour after opening. Production of 4956 bottles.

Don Pippinu by Vini Scirto is a red wine obtained from grapes from a centuries-old vineyard, partly ungrafted, located on Etna. After the harvest which takes place around the first half of October, the grapes are fermented spontaneously in steel for around 10/20 days. Refine in tonneaux for at least 18 months. The nose teases with red and fleshy fruit, recalling black cherries and berries. Initially it is rebellious and energetic, stirring herbaceous and spicy sensations inside, but then it stabilizes, becoming almost balsamic, fresh and with a suitable minerality. The tannic texture that pervades it makes it elegant and intriguing.

Halarà red wine comes from an almost disappeared native grape, Parpato. A part of the grapes was crushed and destemmed and fermented on the skins for approximately 25 days, while the remaining part was pressed with whole bunches and underwent maceration for two weeks. Spontaneous fermentation takes place in steel containers, refinement took place a duration of 6 months always in steel. A wine where the nose offers notes of small red fruits and citrus touches. The sip is fresh, dry, with a savory touch.
