Torre Rosso is obtained with the classic Umbrian grapes such as Gamay del Trasimeno, Canaiolo and Ciliegiolo. Concrete is a fresh and juicy wine that comes from local red grapes. Fermentation is spontaneous in whole bunches in concrete tanks with maceration on the skins for about 5 days. Refinement of a few months follows in the same tanks. Concrete has a purple red color with purple reflections. The nose expresses fruity and floral notes, in the mouth it is full, with a soft tannin, a nice freshness and quite persistent. A fresh and drinkable wine.

Rosso Arcaico by Andrea Occhipinti is a wine obtained from a blend of red grapes that grapes come from vineyards of an average age of 20 years planted on volcanic soils. Aging 6 months in terracotta amphorae and 2 months in bottle. The nose perceives fruit aromas, in particular apricot, spicy hints and notes of incense. In the mouth it is enveloping, full-bodied, with soft tannins and a long mentholated finish.

RAPP by Rocco di Carpaneto is a red wine made from red grapes. Rapp means bunch in the old Carpanese dialect. "Saltamartì" by Els Vinyerons is a juicy red wine, dominated by plum, currant and raspberry tones. Obtained from Tempranillo grapes of the 2022 vintage which are macerated on the skins for 3 days before aging in steel tanks. In the next phase, it is combined with part of the 2021 vintage which ages for 12 months in old 300 L French oak barrels. Finally, the wine was left to rest in tanks for a few weeks before bottling. The result is a rich and generous red wine, which well expresses the terroir of origin and the strong bond with tradition.

The Bourgogne Pinot Noir De l'Aube a l'Aube by Domaine Maryse Chatelain is a wine that on the nose offers aromas of red fruits followed by spicy and earthy notes. The sip is dense and rich, supported by pure tannin and a lot of freshness that makes the sip pleasant and drinkable. Vinification with spontaneous fermentation carried out in barrique with 10 days of maceration and a subsequent refinement of 18 months in new 600 liter barrels.
