The "Litrotto Rosso" together with its brother "Litrotto Bianco" are the simplest and most immediate wines of L'Archetipo. The name is inspired by the particular one liter size. The grapes used are a blend of Montepulciano, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Primitivo and Susamaniello. Refines in the same tanks for a period of 18 months. On the nose it expresses pleasant notes of red fruits, with touches of Mediterranean scrub and savory sensations. At the sip it is inviting, juicy, allowing it to show its fresh and fragrant aromas of wild fruit, wild herbs and Mediterranean scrub with delicate marine echoes in the background. Completo is a daily red wine made from a blend of red grapes and comes from a collaboration of Bruna Ferro with its Norwegian importer, NON DOS. The grapes are de-stemmed, pressed and vinified spontaneously with only indigenous yeasts. Refine for a few months in steel tanks before being bottled in its classic 1 liter bottle and with a screw cap closure. Completo comes to the glass with a ruby red color. Fruity and vinous aromas can be recognized on the nose. At the sip it is fresh and essential, with a monstrous ability to let itself be drunk. A daily, simple and authentic wine.

The Litrozzo Rosso from Azienda Agricola Le Coste is a red wine obtained from a blend of red grapes. Manual grape harvest and spontaneous fermentation thanks to indigenous yeasts without the addition of sulfur dioxide. Aging in resin vat for a few months and then immediately in the bottle. Litrozzo Rosso is ruby red in color. The nose has an aromatic profile all played on the tones of red fruit. The sip is soft and juicy, with good body and balanced in acidity, and with a good finish. Paltieres by Raphael Beysang is a red wine made from 100% Gamay grapes that come from vines planted in 1927 which are found on deep soils of limestone and clay. The whole bunches are harvested by hand in small baskets, while in the cellar the spontaneous fermentation with carbonic maceration of the whole bunch for about two weeks.
