The "Nebbia in Valle" is a fine and elegant red wine produced with Nebbiolo grapes with a balance of local vines that come from vines aged between 10 and 90 years. After harvesting the grapes by hand, fermentation occurs spontaneously in a concrete tank. Stabilization is natural. Refine in large barrels before being bottled after 4 or 5 years after the harvest without any filtration. A wine that has a ruby red color with orange reflections. Rosmarinus' Rossese di Dolceacqua Alpicella is a fine and delicate wine that is produced with the grapes of the same name. The grapes come from a small parcel cultivated in biodynamic which is located near Alpicella. After manual harvesting, in the cellar the fermentation is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts and without temperature control, with maceration on the skins for about 15 days. After racking, it ages in steel for 12 months. Elegant. A wine that tastes of aromatic herbs, orange peel and brackish memories.

Montepulciano Plenus by Marina Palusci is a red wine obtained from the homonymous grapes coming from vineyards with an average age of 30 years. Amarone di Aldrighetti is a splendid wine obtained from a blend of Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara which come from vineyards located in Valgatara in the heart of Valpolicella with a very varied, calcareous soil rich in skeleton and well drained. Aging in oak barrels for about 3/4 years and at least 6 months in the bottle. Wide on the nose, with fresh and decisive aromas of red fruits such as blackberry and cherry, spicy tones reminiscent of chocolate and toasting and sweet notes of vanilla. In the mouth it is warm, balanced, persistent, soft tannins, with hints of leather, liqueur and notes of withering on the finish is an intense ruby red color.
